About Me

My photo
Welcome to the travels of Doug and Nada. We love the Lord and are traveling full-time in our motorhome with our German Shepherd, Homer. Homer is the star attraction wherever we stop and he gets us talking and sharing with many people. DON'T FORGET: YOU CAN ENLARGE EACH PHOTO BY CLICKING ON THE PHOTO! The newest blog post is at the top and they go back in time as you scroll down. If you want to see each photo larger, you can just click on the photo and it will enlarge. Slowly heading north

Hi! and thanks for stopping by....
No pictures to post this time – just a text update. It is February 25th and at 8 PM it was 79 degrees outside. We had a lovely balmy dinner outside at Panera Bread with Homer laying under our table. He loves to go along and is so good just blending into the concrete under the table – At least until someone stops to pet him!

Once we had several days of over 90 degrees down in the Rio Grande Valley, we said it was time to move a little north. 90 is too warm for us. So we are now in San Antonio for a few days. Then we will make a beeline to Red Bay, AL to the Tiffen factory. There we will have some servicing done on the motorhome and also some remodeling done so we anticipate being in cold northwest "hills" of Alabama for at least two weeks while the work is done. After that we are not sure where we will go to wait out the springtime warm up.

Check back again and we'll keep you updated on what we are up to.

Blessings on your day!
